Description

  • Supporting the HR department with administrative tasks
  • Assisting with recruitment processes, including organising interviews and coordinating onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Handling HR-related inquiries or requests
  • Coordinating training sessions and seminars
  • Assisting in payroll preparation
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations in the healthcare industry

Profile

  • Experience in a similar HR Assistant role
  • Familiarity with HR processes and employment law
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems

Job Offer
