We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Officer to join our team at Matrix Academy Trust.
The main purpose of the role is to support the HR Director and provide all aspects of a comprehensive HR support service across the Trust.
Key responsibilities include managing sickness absence, ensuring that Trust Policies are being adhered to, assisting Central Team Managers with employee relations and collating and analysing data.
