About the Role

KSB Recruitment has a high-performing perm desk available, specialising in the hospitality and catering market. This role comes with a solid established client base, including boutique local businesses and larger PSL clients, along with a robust candidate database. We're looking for an experienced permanent Recruitment Consultant to nurture existing business relationships and drive organic growth through candidate marketing and business development.

  • Client Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Client relationships are the key to everything we do....you must be customer focused...

  • Business Development: Proactively market candidates and develop new business opportunities.
