This role will coordinate and manage cross-functional dependencies between HR, Benefits, IT, and Payroll.
Reporting into the Employee Relations Specialist, the HR Advisor will provide a comprehensive, expert service of advice and guidance to all areas of the business in order to enable the capability of Managers in dealing with all people matters.
The HR Advisor will be confident to consult on a range of relatively complex People issues with a proven ability to deliver against a range of conflicting demands.
Previous experience of coaching and developing Managers on ER Matters is essential.

My client, a Top 5 employer with a global presence is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join them on an initial 18 month FTC basis.
Key responsibilities
Provide guidance to employees and managers in core people policy areas including but not limited to: maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave, sickness absence, flexible working and teleworking.
The role requires a highly organised, effective HR Coordinator within People Services Coordinator that can work as part of a direct Helpdesk team but provide virtual and matrixed support, able to navigate ambiguity and be outcome focussed and employee experience orientated.
You will be expected to work in the office at least 2 days per week and will preferably have both HR and some payroll experience.
The successful candidate should be able to identify and enhance materials on the company Intranet in order to drive the colleague self-service.
