Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys Employee Relations? Our Client, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their wider HR Team. This role will be based in their stunning Basingstoke offices and they offer 60/40 hybrid working, the perfect balance between office collaboration and remote flexibility.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR Services, including Employee Relations, case management and guidance.
Providing a consistent service in relation to colleague welfare, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organisational change and absences.
We need someone who can work independently too, you will have your own caseload, including complex cases, you'll be advising and supporting managers in line with policies, procedures and legislative requirements and attending meetings both remotely and on-site.
Ideally you will have experience within this role previously and CIPD Level 5 or working towards this, strong listening skills, excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise own workload too.
