Demonstrate a thorough knowledge and comprehension of Health and Safety. Good knowledge of relevant UK and Safety Legislation, including ISO. Morgan Philips is working with a professional services company based in Leeds who are searching for a Reward Lead to join them for 12 months on a contract basis paying up to £85,000pa. This role is hybrid however you will only be required to attend the office once every 2 weeks! PLEASE NOTE THE CONTRACT FOR THIS ROLE WILL BEGIN IN SEPTEMBER/ OCTOBER 2024. The role of Reward Lead will involve leading the delivery of the reward agenda, ensuring accuracy, compliance and engagement across all elements of Reward. The role reports directly to the Head of People Operations and will play a key role supporting the development, management and delivery of Reward & Benefits activities. Duties include; Be the subject matter expert in reward. Work with the HR team to provide support to other colleagues on matters relating to reward, upskilling where necessary. Responsible for day-to-day provision of reward advice to HR colleagues. Management of one direct report. Lead on annual reward cyclical activity, including the analysis, provision of market data and recommendations, budgeting, approvals and communication. Manage relationships with external brokers and consultants. Review delivery of reward and benefits and make recommendations on changes and improvements as well as leading on reward related projects. Review and update reward policies, procedures and processes as necessary. The successful candidate for the role will be either in a Reward Lead role at present or a Reward Business Partner who has previously managed someone who is looking for their next step up. You will have strong Reward experience including renewals, annual cycle, projects, policies, job leveling, well being and flexible benefits. You will have a background gained in professional services and should be able to start a new role in September/October2024.
