This role is pivotal in the seamless delivery of client projects and supporting the operations team. Responsibilities in brief include: Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and greeting visitors. Oversee stationery supplies, placing orders and monitoring inventory levels. Coordinate courier services and manage incoming/outgoing deliveries. Organize catering and arrangements for lunches and office events. Schedule and communicate with suppliers, venues, and participants. Track project activities, including pre-work, attendance, and follow-ups to meet deadlines. Proofing, house-styling key documents and reports to a high standard Being a key point of contact for clients and suppliers, and ensuring teams are equipped with all they need. Ideal candidates are self-starters who flourish both independently and in a team setting. They will come from an administrative or coordination background and they will be client focused, proactive approach and comfortable working within a busy and varied role.
