JOB TITLE: Senior HR Officer

SALARY: £33,000 - £38,000
WAY OF WORKING: Hybrid 3 days on site | Full Time | Permanent

THE SENIOR HR OFFICER OPPORTUNITY:
You will bring a professional and adaptable approach to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering relationships with stakeholders. You should have demonstrable HR and recruitment experience, along with a solid understanding of UK employment law and UKVI regulations. Advanced IT skills and HR experience within the University of Oxford or other Higher Education institutions, as well as familiarity with People XD, are highly desirable.
The successful candidate will report to the Deputy Head of HR and should have prior experience in managing change and implementing process improvements. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to enhance HR processes and contribute to the HR service provision. As Senior HR Officer, you will support sub-departments with HR and recruitment, build relationships with key stakeholders, and provide advice in accordance with university policies and UK employment law. Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in project work, including initiatives related to EDI, employee engagement, or systems/process improvements.
