The role
This role will encompass all aspects of the HR function, from recruiting and onboarding to assisting on HR projects and supporting on different L&D activities, this is a fantastic opportunity for a team player with a strong interest in HR paired with a working knowledge of HR processes and experience of supporting the HR team within a professional services environment.
Responsibilities
Handle HR queries and matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Report to the Senior HR Manager, providing advice on policies, employment terms, and legislation.
As the HR & Learning & Development Business Partner, you will be a key member of our team, you will collaborate with internal managers and staff to align business objectives with employee needs.
Your primary focus will be driving and delivering the learning and development strategy, enhancing capability, customer service, and overall performance.
We are currently recruiting Project Coordinator / Manager to join the team in Watford with experience / good understanding of fit-out projects and kitchen installs.
This is a position that requires a proactive approach as you would need to work unsupervised and autonomously effectively managing your own time.
Have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to manage a varied workload on your own initiative.
