About the Job:

As an HR Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions across multiple locations. This position offers the opportunity to manage the daily recruitment activities, oversee the onboarding process, and provide essential support to the HR Business Partner on global HR projects.

Duties will include:

  • Managing recruitment processes and overseeing the University Intern Program.
  • Acting as the primary contact for employee relations, addressing inquiries related to HRIS, benefits, and leave applications.
  • Processing monthly payroll and pension submissions.
  • Supporting the HRBP with team reviews, salary benchmarking, and staff recognition initiatives.
  • Maintaining HRIS data and administering employee benefits.
  • Creating and distributing the bi-monthly newsletter and assisting with town hall meetings.
  • Providing office support in the absence of the office manager.

About the Successful Applicant:

You will have 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced HR environment, be self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills. A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
