Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Watford

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9-6pm or 8.30am-5.30pm�? One day of remote work per week.

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of HR? Our client, a prominent fashion supplier, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their team. With a diverse portfolio covering menswear, ladieswear, childrenswear & homeware, our client is at the forefront of the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

  • ?? Oversee the daily recruitment activities, including managing the University Intern Programme and handling the onboarding process.
  • ?? Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing support on employment matters, HRIS system usage, benefits, and leave applications.
  • ?? Ensure accurate processing of monthly payroll and pension submissions.
  • �? Assist the HRBP with global HR projects, such as team reviews, salary benchmarking, and staff recognition programmes.
  • ??? Maintain HRIS data, administer benefits, and coordinate staff activities.
  • ?? Create and distribute the monthly newsletter, facilitate staff communication, and assist in organising town hall meetings.
  • �? Support the office manager in their absence.

Requirements:

  • ?? Prior experience in a fast-paced HR environment
  • ?? Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills
  • �? CIPD qualification is a plus (not mandatory)
