GERMAN: HR Recruitment Administrator

Real opportunity for a GERMAN speaker with an HR ADMIN or a RECRUITMENT background who is looking to get some more corporate experience within the TA Team of this major fashion company . This is a contract role for just 3 months and can be completed mainly remotely

( just 1 or 2 days are office based ). Nice temp role that will help clear a backlog of German recruitment efforts, but that could lead to a perm role .

Title: GERMAN : HR Recruitment Administrator

Location of role: Watford

Length of role: up to 3 months. Contract role

Pay rate : £16p/h -£18p/h ( equivalent to £33,000-£35,000 per annum on 40 hour week )

Work style: Mainly Remote (3-4 days are wfh . Just 1 or 2 days in the office after initial training )

Language: Fluent English & German

The role :

You will be working closely with the Talent Acquisition team that is based in Germany in order to ease some of the current resourcing challenges and large workload they are dealing with . You will be tasked with looking after the general administrative-related recruitment tasks.

This role will only require 1 ( maybe 2 days) in the office with the rest as wfh remotely

  • Sourcing German speaking candidates in Germany and elsewhere using Linkedin and other recruitment tools
  • Liaising with job applicants
  • Communicating applicant availability to the team
  • Organising and coordinating interviews
  • Sending confirmation emails
  • Diary management
  • Creating job adverts
  • Shortlisting candidates

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent German
  • Previous HR admin or Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience is essential
  • Free to start at the end of August
