Key Responsibilities
Lead on Employee Relation matters.
Provide expert and confident advice and guidance on ER matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, and performance management.
You will be further developing the HR function whilst working collaboratively with the HR manager to deliver proactive day to day transactional HR services to line managers and employees.
As the HR Advisor you will be providing generalist HR support to the wider business.
