HR Manager opportunity available working for a leading manufacturing company based in the Brighouse area, West Yorkshire.
This company firmly believes that HR sits at the heart of what they do and the role needs some who can strategise, and has a holistic business mindset to add value across their corporate structure.
This role is based fully onsite Monday Friday and offers some flexibility on the start and finish time of the contracted hours.
The HR Manager will also support the business in creating and delivering an HR strategy in line with business needs, with a clear focus on the Employee Lifecycle and maximising wellbeing.
Based on site in Barnsley 5 days a week, the HR Manager will focus on day-to-day generalist HR activities, including employee relations, onboarding, policy compliance, and HR administration.
Core responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
