We're looking to find a People Analytics Manager to join their HR team and report to the Head of HR Systems and Analytics.
This is a permanent role where you'll be leading a small team, tasked with enhancing the company's reporting and analytics capabilities so they can provide better people insights across the business.

You will support the reporting needs of the HR function globally by gathering requests, extracting data from the HR systems (including PeopleSoft primarily, as well as iCIMS, viGlobal, EMTRAIN, CE Manager, etc.)

This position will play a pivotal role in driving the global HR program, with overall responsibility for supporting the reporting needs across the HR function.
The successful candidate will have experince of working as a HR Assistant or HR administration with experience of working within a similar fast paced, office environment where you will have successfully managed a varied workload.

Our client is relocating from Sevenoaks Kent to London in September 2024, This role will commence working in the Sevenoaks Office and then move to London.
