Hourly rate: £15.38p/h - £21.53p/h

Working hours: 9am to 5.30pm (may consider shorter working hours for right candidate)

Hybrid - (possibility of fully remote)

Duration: 6 months

A well established EdTech company are seeking a highly skilled recruiter to join their team on a temporary basis, someone who can manage high-volume vacancies and streamline their recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

High-Volume Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of vacancies, ensuring timely and efficient filling of positions.
Advert Writing: Craft compelling and effective job adverts that attract top talent.
Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct thorough screening and shortlisting of candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.
Collaboration: Work closely with line managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Utilise their ATS (Greenhouse) to manage candidate applications, track progress, and ensure a smooth and compliant recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, specifically in handling high-volume vacancies.
  • Strong skills in writing engaging and accurate job adverts.
  • Expertise in screening and shortlisting candidates to match job requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with line managers and team members.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse and other recruitment technologies.
