I am urgently seeking an experienced HR Project / Change Manager to work for a renowned University based in Central London for an initial period of 6 months at a salary of £68,406 per year.
The role will focus on leading a change program to create a centre of excellence within one of the disciplines at the University.
The role is based in the central London Office 2 days per week with the remainder working from home.
This is a varied HR role, and the person joining will provide a proactive, professional and people-centred HR advisory service to a wide range of stakeholders across the location.
The role will be heavily involved in employee relations / industrial relations topics and will involve close liaison with Trade Unions, therefore experience in both is essential to be considered.
Your key responsibilities will include
Provide proactive generalist and operational HR advice aligned to business plans and priorities, including but not limited to Company Policy, salary administration and employment legislation.
The successful candidate will have 7 years or more solid HR operations and team management experience as well as current up to date knowledge of Employee relations and legislation as well as HR best practice.
