We are recruiting for an HR Change Project Manager to work with a well known cultural organisation based in London for an initial contract period of 6 months.
Working closely with the Head of HR, you will liaise with the HR Business Partners to oversee the smooth running of the project, ensuring a consistency of approach, pulling together the detail and programme managing the change.
Ideally you will have some understanding of working within a public sector/ non-profit context and have lead complex redundancy programmes previously.
This role will report to the Head of People Operations and work in partnership with the people operations team and Business Partners, engaging with key stakeholders and taking the lead on HR change projects and initiatives within the business as well as other aspects of HR, ER and specifically M&A and TUPE, on a 6-month FTC basis.
