Your role as the HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the People Manager with all generalist aspects of the role, ensuring that all business needs are met across all areas/divisions.
SF Recruitment are currently working with a large manufacturing organisation based in Melton, to recruit for a HR Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
You will be the go-to person to liaise between employees at all levels across all departments, line management and the wider HR department.
