Are you an established IT Business Analyst with knowledge of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and experience of working on projects of varying sizes and complexities? A natural problem solver and logical thinker who can articulate yourself well to varied audiences? Currently resident in the UK?

As an IT Business Analyst you will be a dynamic problem solver with stakeholder management experience. You will be organised and able to quickly report and escalate problems for resolution, and confident working closely with Business Stakeholders, Project Managers and Solutions Architects across all companies within the Simplify Group.
THE JOB
- Ability to understand and document the As Is process and help the business to define To Be processes, and identification of gaps between the two
- Ability to elicit and document Business Requirements to enable the technology teams to deliver effective solutions
- Ability to create user stories
- Ability to identify Business Benefits and support the creation of business cases
- Ability to support development teams in understanding the requirements
- Experience in working within Waterfall and Iterative methodologies. Agile experience is desired but not essential, provided you can demonstrate an understanding

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Recent and tangible experience working as an IT Business Analyst at a UK based company, with an ability to bridge the gap between IT and Business areas to effectively elicit and communicate requirements
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365 - especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Demonstrable willingness to learn
- Product Ownership with a background in workshop facilitation
- Previous experience working within SDLC environments?and?familiarity with Waterfall, Iterative and Agile methodologies. Although our environment is predominantly Waterfall, we appreciate those who can think outside the box and bring a self-developed approach to methodology when needed.
- You will be a strong communicator and presenter, with good reporting skills, and proficiency across the full Microsoft Office suite
- You will be adaptable to rapid pace of change and conflicting priorities.
This role can be carried out remotely for the most part, however occasional travel to sites across the UK to attend meetings and build relationships with your team and stakeholders will be required. Therefore, some flexibility in this regard as well as a full driving licence and unrestricted access to your own vehicle is essential due to the location of some of our sites.
