HR Advisor

Established in 2002, the Reflex Group is now the largest privately owned print and packaging company in the UK having grown to over 950 employees operating globally. The company has an opportunity for HR Advisor for the Reflex Group based out of Barwell site..

Duties to include:

  • Managing Employee Relations cases as HR support with the Site Management teams to advise of the correct legal process and risk to the business, including start to finish documentation and consulting with Head of People Services
  • Occasional running the Employee Relations case process start to finish for sites with smaller management teams
  • Update policy and documentation with changes in employment law and communicate to site teams
  • Coach and develop line managers with HR relevant matters
  • Supporting with ER matters and coaching may be either via Teams or face to face at one of our sites.
  • Working with our HRIS system to provide reports useful to the business
  • Support Head of People Services with any HR related projects.

What we are looking for?

An eye for detail, an understanding of confidentiality and data protection, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise, and excellent IT skills.

Job details:

Full time hours Monday to Friday, with flexibility of working times during these days. The role is fully office based, with sporadic emergency flexibility available to work from home or other sites when required with a laptop and phone provided with the role. (Some travel to local sites may be required)

Located:

Reflex Label Plus site, Barwell, Leicestershire but occasional travel to other sites in UK (own transport required)

Experience:

HR experience essential with an advisory capacity at some level
