In this role you will be reporting to the Head of HR as you lead business related initiatives and identify, improve & automate Human Capital related business processes as per QatarEnergy business rules and policies.
You will also participate in the People Analytics initiative in QatarEnergy, which is a long-term business and digital transformation program to enable a data driven decision making culture.
