Working in support of the HR Services Manager, the HR team and the wider business you will be developing intuitive, insightful standard reporting within Business Objects.

You will manage HR data systems, perform in-depth analyses of talent metrics, and generate insights that help shape our employee experience and support talent acquisition and retention strategies.
