To provide first level professional advice and support to ensure changes to workforce structures and working practices are managed in accordance with policies.
Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor the purpose of the role is to provide professional, business focused and timely Employee Relations advice to key stakeholders in the business.
The HR Advisor will be responsible for their own caseload, occasional policy review, and providing ER insight into projects where required.
