CMA HR Division are recruiting for a growing UK based organisation to recruit a HR Advisor to join them on a 3 month fixed term contract working remotely.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner the aim of the role is to provide a proactive and effective HR generalist advisory service to colleagues and leaders and support the People Team with their caseload.
What will HR Advisor role involve?
- Provide initial employee relations advice and guidance to managers along with case management in accordance with HR Policies.
- Advising leaders and supporting them with best practice and legislative insight.
- Administer and maintain the HRIS.
- Provide generalist support to the team with on-going projects and coaching managers where necessary.
Suitable Candidate for HR Advisor vacancy:
- Experience in managing employee relations cases and alongside generalist HR tasks.
- Available to start at short notice.

- The role will be working remotely with occasional travel so transport is desirable.
