We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our client's HR Team on a two-month contract.
The role will provide HR support on a wide breadth of HR administration services whilst providing ongoing support to the HR Team.
You will be the first point of contact for HR and will provide a flexible, and proactive service to employees, managers, and volunteers, offering support and direction in the application of policies, procedures, and processes.
Responsible for the HR inbox and acting as first point of contact for HR queries, resolving these where possible and signposting and escalating as required.
General
The company is looking for an HR Assistant for 3-4 months to support with workload and there is the possibility the role could become permanent for the right person.
Reporting into the HR Manager this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised HR Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR team.
A well-established and growing family run business based across 6 sites.
Duties will include
Managing the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, liaising with agencies, logging applications using the recruitment planner, preparing recruitment files for interviewing managers etc.
To provide back-office support and administrative services to healthcare and other administration employees within the designated Centre location or region.
Acting as the primary clerical support resource for internal and external customers.
Managing telephone, fax and e-mail queries from third parties.
