The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a CRM database, assisting with documentation and other administrative duties. Due to growth in business the HR team are looking for a dedicated administrator to join them on a 9 month contract with the potential to progress. Description Supporting the HR team in daily administrative tasks. Managing employee records and updating internal CRM databases. Assisting in the recruitment process by coordinating job posts. Managing the HR inbox and actioning incoming requests accordingly. Assisting in the organisation of HR documentation. Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Communicating with staff from other departments. Profile A successful HR Administrator should have: Experience in an HR/Recruitment Administrative role. A strong track record working with a CRM system. Strong organization. The ability to prioritize and use initiative. Excellent communication and people skills. Aptitude in problem-solving.
