Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council deliver a Shared Legal Service in partnership with Hart District Council and is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team.
You will ideally have experience in a legal office environment and be keen to work in fast paced and exciting surroundings.
You will undertake a wide variety of work across both the Local Government & Litigation Team and Property & Contracts Team.
We are looking for someone with a background in financial services to work alongside the Account Managers to provide efficient sales support administration.

Key Responsibilities
Inputting new credit proposals, ensuring all necessary data required for making accurate credit decisions.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
Main responsibilities will be to undertake all aspects of administration relating to legal activities, along with providing support to the Shared Legal Services Manager and Team Leaders and to assist with the operation of the council's Deeds Room including recording, storing and retrieving deeds.
