Sales Support Administrator

Our client is committed to delivering exceptional financial services with a strong focus on client satisfaction and professionalism. We are looking for someone with a background in financial services to work alongside the Account Managers to provide efficient sales support administration.

Job Title: Sales Support Administrator

Salary: Up to £30,000

Location: Basingstoke

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting new credit proposals, ensuring all necessary data required for making accurate credit decisions
  • Promptly communicate credit decisions to Account Managers and clients within agreed SLA's
  • Proactively work with Account Managers to meet monthly targets, taking an active role in managing and converting the pipeline using the CRM database
  • Generating and processing incoming documentation requests from clients
  • Conducting monthly new business calls in collaboration with Account Managers
  • Overseeing the deal process, serving as the primary contact throughout
  • Addressing issues and collaborating with internal support departments to resolve them, escalating urgent matters as necessary

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to juggle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
