A well-established business and leader in their field, based in Castle Donington are looking for a HR Services Analyst who is passionate about HR Systems.
As a key player in the HR Services team, the HR Services Analyst will have the opportunity to become the go-to expert on the current HR systems, helping to drive efficiency and improvements.
General
In this role you will be an integral part of the HR Services team, becoming the day-to-day superuser for existing HR systems and processes, and providing First-line support via the ticket system.
Your role as the HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the People Manager with all generalist aspects of the role, ensuring that all business needs are met across all areas/divisions.
You will be the go-to person to liaise between employees at all levels across all departments, line management and the wider HR department.
