Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this successful and highly personable Professional Services Organisation based in central Bath, to recruit an experienced HR Operations Manager for 8-12 months to cover for maternity leave.
The purpose of the role is to lead and deliver an efficient and effective HR operational service to the business aligned to the HR Strategy, managing the HR operations team which in turn provides a quality advisory service across the business of c. 600 Employees.
The role is to start in September 2024 and ideally we are looking for somebody who can work full-time with 3 days in the office in central Bath per week.

Our client has a vacancy for an Operational HR Advisor to support the People Partnering Team with a focus on the management of employee relations (ER) casework and policy development.
It is hybrid working, 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely.
The role is offered as a 12 month fixed-term contract.
You will be joining a group of commercially astute HR professionals who work closely with the wider organisation providing specialised support across the EMEA region.
