We're looking for a dedicated HR Field Operations Partner to oversee the human resources operations in our Chesterfield and Bradford manufacturing sites with approx 260 employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
