The HR Officer will also manage HR administration and act as the first point of contact for assigned academic schools and administrative departments.

To provide HR advice and support to Directors, Principal Officers and individual staff in line with Council policies, procedures, employment legislation and national and local conditions of service.
To be accountable to the HR Manager for the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and practices across the organisation, with specific responsibility for individual divisions.
