We're looking to recruit an experienced Housing/Neighbourhood Officer on a temporary basis for one of our Social Housing clients, paying up to £22ph and hybrid working around your planned meetings/visits.
You'll be responsible for providing a frontline housing & tenancy management service across an allocated patch of properties including overseeing voids, allocations & sign-ups, viewings, exchanges, low level ASB, repairs and some aspects of rent arrears.
