We're looking to recruit an experienced Housing/Neighbourhood Officer on a temporary basis for one of our Social Housing clients, paying up to £22ph and hybrid working around your planned meetings/visits.
Your new role
You'll be responsible for providing a frontline housing & tenancy management service across an allocated patch of properties including overseeing voids, allocations & sign-ups, viewings, exchanges, low level ASB, repairs and some aspects of rent arrears. You'll work closely with tenants, stakeholders, colleagues and other external agencies to improve neighbourhoods in your area, support tenants to sustain their tenancy and improve community living.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, you'll have a good understanding of current housing legislation & regulations and have worked in a similar role, delivering frontline housing management services.
You'll hold strong organisational, time-management and customer service skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload and work to your own initiative.
You'll also require a driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
What you'll get in return
You'll receive weekly pay, with hourly rates up to £22ph and the option to be paid via PAYE or Umbrella, as well as the opportunity to work from home when not attending meetings or visits.
