We're looking to recruit an experienced Housing/Neighbourhood Officer on a temporary basis for one of our Social Housing clients, paying up to £22ph and hybrid working around your planned meetings/visits.

You will be responsible for providing housing & tenancy management services within an allocated patch of general needs housing stock, with the option to manage your diary & work from home around your customer and stakeholder meetings.

Covering all aspects of void and tenancy management including pre-termination visits, tenancy changes, terminations, abandonments, viewings, exchanges, left in occupation and enforcement of tenancy conditions.
