We are seeking an experienced Housing Officer who can hit the ground running.
This role focuses on supporting clients owed the main housing duty.
Candidates will need to have experience of homeless prevention and relief work, managing a varied caseload and a good working knowledge of the homelessness legislation.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a housing association that specialises in providing accessible and adaptable homes, for two Neighbourhood Officers.
They are offering two roles, one on a Fixed Term Contract and another Permanent role.
Both roles will require a full UK driving licence and a Basic DBS.
The Rent Officer will oversee the management of rental income across our housing schemes, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of rent accounts and the integrity of tenant information within our rent management system.
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

A generous annual leave package is offered, including five weeks (pro-rata) plus bank holidays, with incremental increases based on length of service.
