Housing Officer will provide assistance to vulnerable adults facing homelessness and help residents achieve meaningful progress. The varied role will be a combination of housing register assessmen and nominations officer duties.
- PAY RATE - £14.50 PAYE (all inclusive)
- CONTRACT - 3 months to start with, potentially ongoing
- TYPE - Hybrid
- HOURS - Full-Time, 36 hours per week
- Flexible working arrangements between our Sutton office and home
The Housing Officer role will involve:
monitoring and maintaining of applications to the Housing Register
assisting the customer to complete forms and application forms
explaining the support services available to the customer
advertising and making nominations to Housing Association properties
verifing applicant details in accordance with current legislation
The successful Housing Officer will be/have:
Worked in a similar Housing role before (or supported vulnerable adults)
Provided support, advice and guidance in a complex environment
Available immediately
