This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious property manager to join the team at their headquarters in Oxford Street, my client is a market leader within the property sector and have an ever expanding portfolio of high end residential properties.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all budgets and service charges across a portfolio of buildings around central London, most of the buildings have resident porters in them so you would be accountable for managing them.
Working hours are 9am to 5:30pm, but flexibility is offered.

The Residential Administrator will report to the Residential Lead and work alongside the Residential Property Managers to deliver exceptional, consistent service to both the current and potential residents.
They will also be required to work in partnership with the Head of Residential to assist with record keeping, organisation, minute taking, diary management and communications.
They will act as an ambassador for the business, whether face to face, in writing or by telephone to residents, visitors and contractors at all times.
Based at a high end residential development in Wandsworth, the Estate Manager's role is to manage their scheme to the company's standards and to provide Residents with a professional service in a polite, fair and efficient manner
