Sales Office administrator required to process customers telephone orders & enquiries using Sage & Microsoft office, candidate must be methodical & able to process the full audit trail through to invoice & despatch documentation. Some credit control work & general stock management systems & must be a team player working in a small office of 4 co-workers. Applicant must be numerate & have good computer skills with a good telephone manner. We are a Tile wholesaler & retailer & is a mid size company so a general ability & flexibility to get involved in other administrative roles as required. Must be able to deal with an active Sales Force & large customer base with the associated demands & support that they require. We offer long term security & a nice working environement. Flexible working location as we have 2 offices, either Huntingdon or Peterborough. Part-Time role could be considered. Applicants will ideally have a driving license. Day-to-day of the role: Provide individualised support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively. Manage challenging behaviour in a constructive manner, maintaining a positive and conducive learning environment. Work in close collaboration with teaching staff to enhance educational outcomes and support the delivery of lessons. Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring additional support. Engage with students to foster a supportive and inclusive educational experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar educational support role. A strong understanding of the secondary education curriculum and effective learning strategies. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations within the educational environment. Flexibility to work within school hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential for flexible days.
