Aftercare Coordinator

My client based in Huntingdon are currently recruiting for an Aftercare Coordinator to join their team on a full time permanent basis, offering working hours of Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Fridays 8am - 4pm. Salary is up to £30,000.

They are looking for someone resilient, eager to grow and who prides themselves in providing a high level of customer service whilst managing a small team and working in a fast paced environment.

A knowledge of windows and doors or the construction industry would be an advantage but not essential. The successful candidate will need to be passionate, self-motivated and have a drive to deliver success in aftercare and warranty claims management.

The Role

§ Schedule planned warranty and aftercare works

§ Process and case manage new warranty and aftercare requests

§ Process and case manage escalations

§ Work with the relevant Service managers to utilize the engineers as productively as possible

§ Continuously achieve or exceed the departments and Team Members KPIs

§ Demonstrate and uphold, at all times, the customer first policy

§ Keep accurate records of client and customer engagement using our in house software

What will you bring?

§ Experience within an aftercare and warranty environment

§ Excellent customer service ethos, attention to detail and organisation skills

§ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

§ Ability to build effective professional relationships, both internally and externally

§ Strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages

§ A strong sense of urgency, the ability to follow-through and have attention to detail

§ Ability to multi-task and work well in a high-pressured environment

§ A good understanding of the consumer rights act
