Reporting to the Managing Director, the role holder will be responsible for the SHE Department which sets company policy, provides advice and manages all aspects of safety, health and environmental functions in the company.
The company seeks a Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Manager with extensive previous experience in an industrial manufacturing environment to plan and manage SHE functions in the company and improve SHE performance and culture.
The role holder will chair and attend management meetings, liaise with external regulators, media, general public and trade associations, identify and advise on training requirements, investigate, report and suggest remedies for SHE issues in addition to monitoring and reporting on company SHE performance.
