They will contribute to the design and ongoing transformation of the HR People Consultancy team and its offer to services.
The People Consultant will be highly proactive People Professional with a commitment to continuous improvement, professional development and an influence for best practice.
They will support organisational change and restructures with ease, enabling the organisation to implement change successfully.
They will confidently manage all aspect of employment relations including, but not limited to, disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, performance, probation, whistle blowing.
Joining us as Head of Sustainability, you'll be accountable for driving this strategy at a more local level (UK and Ireland markets), focusing on embedding this into Brand Marketing and Retailer activations to unlock Commercial value.
Our sustainability strategy and targets are set at global level with Group functions responsible for overseeing execution to agreed standards, ensuring that we also manage any legal & reputational risk to protect our license to operate.
This role will also focus on increasing local understanding, capability and engagement on sustainability and nutrition to ensure brand marketing and sales teams are prepared for this new operating landscape.
