Key responsibilities include
Support the Director of People in delivering the charities strategy, 3-year plan, and People Strategy.
Reporting directly to the Director of People and Culture, this role is a key member of the People and Culture leadership team.
We are actively recruiting for an Interim Head of HR Operations to join our education client for an initial period of 6 months.
You will have lead responsibility for managing the delivery of our Human Resources operational services, ensuring efficient, effective and high quality transactional and recruitment services are delivered across the whole employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate would have strong experience in CRM (Dynamics ideally) and they will be expected to build relationships across a wide stakeholder community and business partners, to ensure assigned portfolios of change are managed effectively and in alignment with the organisational strategy.
