Key Responsibilities
Manage the school's HR and Compliance functions, ensuring full compliance with guidelines and regulations from the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) and other government bodies.
Reporting into the Head of HR you will primarily have responsibility for all day-to-day HR matters related to assisting and advising team members on employee engagement, employee relations, talent acquisition and retention and be a consultative partner with the HR team and on-site leadership.
