The Role
You will be responsible for leading and training a team of customer success / client success team to provide excellent customer success to their clients which are mid-market and enterprise customers across a range of industries.
You will be responsible for implementing KPI's and policies to identify customers at risk to minimize customer churn, as well as working with the team on customer renewals and looking for upsell and cross sell opportunities.
