This is a great opportunity for someone with full employee lifecycle experience to join a great HR team and make a real impact to the employee experience. My client is looking for a forward thinking, proactive and agile HR Operations Specialist who is focussed on continuous development and process improvement.
- End to end employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding.
- Managing the joiner, mover and leaver processes for all employees and administrating any contractual changes.
- Pre employment processes including screening, obtaining right to work and logging data.
- Supporting and/or delivering onboarding sessions.
- Ensuring data in the HRIS and other people systems are accurately updated.
- You will act as a first point of contact for the business providing guidance on terms and conditions, company policies.
This is a wonderful opportunity in a fast paced, growing business, with plenty of scope to drive change and make a real impact. Process are very manual and so strong organisation and excel skills are essential. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate full employee lifecycle experience gained in a HR operations/ HR shared services or HR administration role, having worked in a fast paced, busy organisation.
Experience in financial services, or another highly regulated environment. You are passionate about people management and development. You are solutions orientated, curious and love delivering value add project work that will improve SLA's, the employee experience and drive efficiency.
