Are you a process-driven and detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR administration? Our client, a school, is seeking a talented HR Admin to join their small team in ensuring smooth HR operations. This is a temporary part-time position that offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills and contribute to the success of their HR department.

Responsibilities:

  • Process new starter packs and manage employment contracts.
  • Utilise SIMS to maintain the sickness log and follow established processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to collect and organise payroll information for efficient transfer to the payroll providers.
  • Facilitate the arrangement of DBS checks for staff members.

Requirements:

  • A process-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate efficiently.
  • Familiarity with school processes, policies, and compliance is desirable.

Enhanced DBS and Childrens Barred List check will be required for this role.
