We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for a HR Administrator. Our client is a multi-award-winning technology solutions provider specialising in creating value through technology transformation. Key Responsibilities as a HR Administrator

Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all personal and employment information is accurate and up to date.
  • Process new hire paperwork, terminations, and employee changes.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll.
  • Handle employee benefits enrolment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Liaise with benefit providers and ensure timely and accurate benefits administration.

HR Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
  • Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and employee handbooks.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support the resolution of employee issues and conflicts.
  • Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events.

HR Reporting and Compliance:

  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Core Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related roles.
  • Experience with HR software and payroll systems is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
