Our client, based in Coventry, is currently recruiting for a Head of HR Operations on a 3-month interim contract to provide some immediate support to the team during a period of transition.
The ideal candidate will need to have had significant experience leading a HR Shared Services through change, and be confident in implementing new systems and recommending changes for improvements to staff and existing processes.
They are able to offer 4 days remote working, with one day p/week required in their offices in Warwickshire.

Operational Partnership: Act as a key operational partner for the business and HR Business Partners, providing guidance to employee and manager questions related to policies, HR practices, and coordination with HR Operations.
